We went on a Friday lunch time in April to Young Bin Kwan. There were eight other diners at 12.05pm. We were greeted at the door by the waitress and shown to a table immediately. She took the drinks order immediately. The decor was neither plush or shabby but it was acceptable. There is a long buffet table in the middle of the room. I counted 60 seats. The place was more or less full at 12.20pm. It was quiet and calm at all times.



We both had the buffet (£8 eat as much as you like). Miso soup and sushi is available if you like. Some of the food is cold or lightly chilled (eg fish strips, spicy cabbage etc) and some of it is brought out hot (peanut chicken, fried noodles, egg fried rice etc). There don't appear to be any heaters under the trays so we found the 'hot' food was actually warm. Is this normal for Korean food? It was closer to Chinese food than Japanese food at Young Bin Kwan. I thought it tasted good and I will almost certainly be going back. Take your table bill to the till at the end. Service was not included.
